How to Return
Email Us
Send your order number and reason for return to hello@phoolstudio.in within 14 days of delivery.
Get Approval
We will review your request and send a return authorisation code and prepaid shipping label within 1–2 business days.
Pack & Ship
Pack the garment in its original packaging with the authorisation code clearly visible. Drop at any courier point.
Refund Issued
Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Important — Natural Dye Variation
Natural dyes produce inherent variation between pieces — subtle differences in shade, depth, or tone are expected and are not defects. Returns based solely on natural colour variation are not accepted. Please read our product descriptions carefully before ordering.
Exchanges
We process exchanges for size or style where stock is available. To request an exchange, email us within 14 days of delivery. If the requested size is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead. Exchange shipping is free within India.
